In order to face the predators who divert revenues, a sincere diagnosis of the state of the Congolese justice system is at the center of the meetings of the Superior Council of the Judiciary.

The General Assembly of the Superior Council of the Judiciary intends to make a true diagnosis of the state of justice in the DRC. A justice that will have to remove all possible locks of resistance to good governance in the DRC. During this work, the participants will decide on a number of provisions, which could lead to the proper functioning of the legal system. At the end of the work, the proposals relating to the appointment, promotion, dismissal and, if necessary, the rehabilitation of magistrates will be transmitted to the President of the Republic for useful decisions within his competence.
