Advancing the African textile and clothing industry is the aim of the collaboration that was created between Nexgen Packaging and ARISE IIP. This partnership was announced on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.

In their collaboration, Nexgen Packaging, being one of the leading providers of sustainable packaging solutions and fiberboard hangers, will provide packaging infrastructure and services for the manufacturing centers of ARISE IIP's textile and clothing parks in Togo and Bé nin (West Africa). In turn, ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (ARISE IIP), specialized in the development and exploitation of industrial ecosystems with high added value in Africa, offering a complete service from concept to operation, intends to design, develop, operate and promote integrated industrial zones throughout Africa, focused on the local transformation of locally produced raw materials (especially cotton) into textiles and value-added, fully traceable garments

According to the CEO of Textile Business at ARISE IIP, Rajaguru Raja Thandal, “this collaboration is going to be a major milestone for the textile industry in Africa.”
