The Ivorian businessman, head of Atlantic Group through its financial holding AFG Holding has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake of 74.48% in the share capital of AfrAsia Bank Ltd, the 3rd largest bank in Mauritius. This agreement was finalized in partnership with the IBL Group and Related Parties and the National Bank of Canada.
