The press release from the Ministry of National Defence indicated that “in the dynamic of sustained efforts in the fight against terrorism and multifaceted organized crime, units and detachments of the ANP carried out, during the period from 20 to 26 December 2023, several operations that resulted in quality results& which reflect the high professionalism, vigilance and permanent availability of our Armed Forces throughout the national territory. An ANP detachment “arrested, in Bordj Badji Mokhtar in the 6th Military Region, two (2) terrorists who were active in terrorist groups abroad”.
