The Regional Mortgage Refinancing Fund of UEMOA (CRRH-UEMOA), based in Lomé, will proceed in the middle of this month (November 17, 2020), to the payment of half-yearly interest and the partial repayment of the capital of its seventh bond issue. .

According to information from the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM), this is the bond loan called "CRRH-UEMOA 5.95% 2017-2029".

The sub-regional refinancing institution headed by Christian AGOSSA will settle a total net amount before tax of 1.638 billion FCFA. A notice is issued by the DC/BR (Central Depositary / Settlement Bank) to this effect, for depositaries.

As a reminder, the first listing of this 7th bond loan took place in March 2018. Issued on the regional financial market nearly 3 years ago (October-November 2017), it had enabled CRRH-UEMOA to mobilize 25, 1 billion CFA francs for the refinancing of housing loans granted by banks in the WAEMU area.
