The a cérémonie officielle launch of Crédit Agricole 2023/2024 was held at the Mao Reading and Cultural Animation Center (CLAC) and brought together numerous personalities, including administrative, military, traditional authorities, as well as the beneficiaries of this program. Its vision is to support agricultural activities in the Kanem region. The head of Mao's ONAPE agency, Oumar Sougui Salim announced that the total amount of financing amounts to 22,350,000 FCFA, intended for 177 producers, allowing the implementation of strategies that aim to combat unemployment, underemployment and poverty in urban, peri-urban and rural areas

noted that the main mission of the ONAPE agency is to operationalize government employment policy.
