The Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) will host this Friday, September 18, 2020, the ceremony of 1st listing of the bonds of NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire subscribed under the Common Fund for Securitization of Receivables (FCTC NSIA BANK 7% 2020 – 2025).

This public offering, which involved the issuance of 4 million securities with a nominal value of 10,000 FCFA, for a period of 5 years and an annual return of 7%, allowed the issuer to mobilize a little more than 40 billion FCFA.

More than two-thirds of the funds were raised outside the African continent, with subscribers mainly from the United States, Switzerland, France and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The securities listing ceremony will be broadcast live from the BRVM from 8:00 a.m.
