The Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development (AMDL) foresees an investment budget of around 660 million Dirhams under of the year 2026, confirming the continuation of the development dynamic of logistics infrastructures on a national scale. This action plan was adopted at the meeting of the Agency's Management Board, held Wednesday in Rabat under the presidency of the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Abdessamad Kayouh.

Speaking on this occasion, the minister emphasized that this meeting takes place in a national and international context marked by the acceleration of economic changes, making logistics a sector key in the face of the new challenges and opportunities that these transformations impose. He also highlighted the Royal High Solicitude granted to logistics, considered as a strategic driver of competitiveness for the economy national and a pillar of the sustainable and balanced development of the regions of Kingdom.

As part of the pursuit of the National Strategy of development of logistics competitiveness, the AMDL deployed in 2025 several actions aimed at strengthening the infrastructures necessary for the rise of the sector. The year was marked by a significant acceleration in pace of implementation of projects, in particular with the significant progress of the marketing of developed lots in the logistics zone of Laqliaâ, in the south of Agadir, in order to stimulate private investment in logistics real estate.

At the same time, the work to develop the area logistics in Oulad Saleh—Nouaceur, south of Casablanca, were launched on a area of 70 hectares, while the procedures prior to the start of Zenata's integrated logistics and industrial platform have been completed. These two projects, located at the extreme ends of the Zenata—Nouaceur logistics axis, aim to reduce the logistical land deficit and to better structure the flow of distribution of goods in the Casablanca-Settat region.

The AMDL has also initiated partnerships and initiatives to accelerate the development of new logistics areas, in particular in the southern provinces, in particular in the Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region. On In another register, the Agency worked to integrate the logistics sector into the part of the Investment Charter dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses businesses.

Finally, the year 2025 was marked by the launch of “PME Supply Chain” program for the period 2025-2029, intended to support logistics operators through technical and financial support, in order to strengthen their competitiveness, support their digital transformation and improve the sustainability of their supply chains.
