Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the market level financial institution of UEMOA, the State of Senegal, through the Directorate-General of Public and Treasury Accounting (DGCPT) borrowed the sum of 59,997 billion FCFA following its issuance of an auction of assimilable bonds 364-day treasury and comparable 3-year and 5-year treasury obligations years, organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres.
