Incomingly, public offering operations on the WAEMU primary market will be digitized. This ambition has been displayed by the Central Depositary / Settlement Bank (DC/BR) which is considering innovative measures to restore the sector. A notice of expression of interest has been issued for this purpose, in particular to request the services of a consultant for the creation and operationalization of a digital platform to automate the management of operations.

The DC-BR has received Capital Market Development Development (CMDTF) funding administered by the African Development Bank Group (AfDB). The DC/BR intends to use part of the sums granted under this donation to announce the services of consultant (Firm) for the creation and operationalization of a digital platform to automate the management of public offering operations.

The services provided under this contract consist mainly of four activities. These include the design, installation and operationalization of the digital platform to manage public offering operations on the primary market of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU), capacity building of DC/BR staff and actors to manage and use the digital platform, and improving the project management capacity of the DC/BR.
