The African Development Bank grants a loan of 87 million euros for the implementation of a program to support the generalization of social coverage in Morocco

Consolidating the foundations of a sustainable social protection program based on an integrated and inclusive approach. This is the primary objective of this operation, which will help expand social protection, particularly for early childhood, youth and the self-employed. The second priority of this operation will be to meet the growing demand for health services by reorganizing the supply of care and enhancing human capital. The program aligns with Morocco's human development objectives and the Bank's High 5 strategic objective of fostering sustainable and inclusive growth on the continent. Health, agriculture, energy, water, transport, human development and finance are the sectors covered.
