In order to honor its commitment to modernize public administration, the Ministry of Labor and Public Service of Benin has expanded its digital service offering for the benefit of its user-clients.

Five new services have been digitized, namely the certificate of service done/successful completion for MTFP service providers, and the non-litigation certificate certifying that the structure is in compliance with labour legislation and has no pending litigation before the labour inspection services. There is also the authorization for dismissal for economic reasons issued to business promoters facing economic difficulties requiring staff reduction, and the internal regulations visa for companies to obtain approval from the labour inspection services.
