The national airline EgyptAir reaches a new milestone in its ambitious modernization program. By 2031, its fleet will number 34 new aircraft — Airbus A350-900s and Boeing 737 MAX 8s — striking the completion of the first phase of a comprehensive renewal plan

The announcement was made on Saturday February 14 by the Prime Minister Minister Mostafa Madbouly, on the occasion of the integration of the very first A350-900 within the company's fleet. According to him, EgyptAir will acquire 16 Airbus A350-900 “over the next few years”, thus consolidating its capacities on very long-haul routes.
