The implementation report as at 31 December of the 2021 State management budget indicates that the gross budget revenue was 1440.928 billion CFA francs in 2021. The increase is estimated at 116.239 billion CFA francs.

Beini's gross budget revenues increased by 8.8% in 2021 compared to the achievements at the end of December 2020 which stood at 1324.688 billion CFA francs. This increase in public revenues is beyond expectations, since the government expected to mobilize 1420.128 billion CFA francs in revenue.  According to the report, this performance is linked to the positive effects of the reforms carried out in terms of modernization of the income collection system, the stability of the country's macroeconomic framework, whose resilience to shocks is increasingly strengthened and the quality of management at the level of financial administrations. As for budgetary expenditure, it amounted to CFAF 1,892,807.4 million. They are up by 231,496.1 million CFA francs compared to the amount committed at the end of December 2020.
