L'International Finance Corporation (IFC) announced on Monday, October 30, 2023 an investment agree& eacute; to promote the implementation of the Electricity for All (PEPT) program in Côte d'Ivoire

IFC is a subsidiary of the World Bank Group and is one of the largest donors in the world with significant investments focused on the African energy sector. Through this investment, the IFC is supporting the first securitization operation of this government project. It thus supports access to electrical energy for approximately 800th 000 m style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"">nages à é low incomes, over the four years à to come. The PEPT program aims to facilitate the connection of low-income households to the electricity grid by offering flexible payment terms.
