Insurance and Risk Financing Facility (IRFF) is the result of a partnership between Insurance Development Forum (IDF) and the Senegalese Ministry of Finance and Budget. It is a project whose vision is to share diagnostic studies on inclusive insurance and disaster risk financing in the country.
