The training based on the theme “operational efficiency and e-commerce development” is organized by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in collaboration with the Benin Post Office. Its objective is to enable these postal players to meet the challenges that are faced today in the postal sector. Over five days, the participants, estimated at around thirty, explore themes such as improving service performance, service quality, and the integration of geographic information systems in postal addressing. It is also held on the occasion of the discussions and sharing of experiences that are organized as part of the training, which are supposed to allow postal actors to exchange ideas in order to build “a more promising postal ecosystem”.
