At the third Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2023), the Vista Group signed an agreement with Afreximbank for a $275 million loan. Afreximbank is granting this loan in order to support the acquisition of 61.4% of the multinational banking company Oragroup, based in Lomé.

Funding granted to Vista is divided into two instalments. First of all, this is an amount of 140 million euros, intended for Ora SPV, the special vehicle created by the Vista group to acquire shares in Oragroup. Then a 113 million euro installment, signed with ADI SVP/Vista Bank, which will be deployed in Burkina Faso.
