After participating in Leadway Assurance's 2022 Graduate Intern Program, 34 dynamic young professionals received their certifications.

Some of the young people spent six months in an intensive and immersive program with Leadway Assurance. This program provided them with the skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing workforce.

There were several training modules and these covered problem solving, networking, technical and soft skills, workplace culture, digital skills for personal development and the development of a team.skills for personal development and professional capabilities to prepare the trainees to serve in different departments in the various verticals of the company.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony for the new professionals, Leadway Assurance Managing Director Tunde Hassan-Odukale said the graduate trainee program aligned with the company's vision of "a world of opportunity.program aligns with the organization's dual mandate of providing career opportunities and developing Nigeria's dynamic and productive youth. It should be noted that all successful trainees have been inducted into the company's business portfolios.
