.La réunion tripartite qui s' est tenue sur deux jours, a eu pour vision la programmation et la mise en œuvre de l' Instrument de voisinage , development and international cooperation 2021-2027 for Africa from the West.
In reality, the three organizations have set up this tripartite coordination mechanism to consolidate their framework for consultation and cooperation in order to better implement the EU Neighbourhood, Development Cooperation and International Cooperation Instrument at the ECOWAS and UEMOA levels.The trio took the opportunity to take stock of the programming and implementation of the 2021-2027 Multiannual Indicative Programme (MIP) to discuss the establishment of an effective system for steering, implementing and monitoring the NDICI for the West.
