On December 19, 2025, was held in Brazzaville, the official launch of the construction of the new head office of Congolese Housing Bank (BCH). The first stone was laid by the President of the Republic, Denis Sassou N'Guesso.

The new BCH headquarters will be built on the former site that currently houses the National Directorate, located in front of the General Directorate of Commerce, in downtown Brazzaville. This building modern will consist of seven floors. In one year, it will house all the administrative and banking services in a more convenient environment.

The construction of this building will be executed by a private company, over a provisional period ranging from eighteen to twenty-four months.

According to the managing director of BCH, this project is in line with the bank's vision to position itself among the reference actors in housing finance.
