Moroccan BCP acquires the entire capital and of ABI's voting rights, the Moroccan banking giant completes its foothold in the UEMOA zone and consolidates its status as a pan-African financial powerhouse. The acquisition of ABI marks the culmination of a takeover strategy initiated several years ago years. More than a simple accounting transaction, this total repurchase is a signal loud.
