Hong Kong's Frontier Services Group (FSG) is heading to West Africa. At a meeting in early January, the technical and commercial experts of this company founded by the American tycoon of private security Erik Prince identified the logistics corridors of West Africa as one of the axes of development for the coming months.

Until then mainly present in Africa for its activities in Kenya, Mozambique, DRC, Tanzania or South Africa (Africa Intelligence of 07/09/20), FSG plans a reinforcement in the western part of the continent. Several routes are planned or being rehabilitated, both to reach the Atlantic ports, particularly in Angola, where FSG has prospected in the past (Africa Intelligence of 24/07/19) -, such as those of the Gulf of Guinea.
FSG is already active in Nigeria, where the company has performed services for oil sector players and says it has been selected to secure the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) gas pipeline, a $2.6 billion project financed by China.
