A national awareness-raising seminar on combating money laundering and terrorist financing (BC-FT) was initiated by GIABA . It was held from Monday 16 to Tuesday 17 October 2023 in Yamoussoukro, where around fifty religious leaders from the Autonomous Districts of Abidjan and Yamoussoukro were present. According to Timothy Melaye, raising awareness among religious leaders is of double importance.
