The rate of dissatisfaction of the populations is high with regard to the services of the two mobile operators: Togo Cellulaire (TGC) and Moov Africa Togo (MAT). This dissatisfaction mainly concerns the high cost of services (75% for TGC and 64% for MAT), problems with the quality of services (55% for TGC and 49% for MAT) and the unavailability of services (58% for TGC and 57% for MAT). In addition, customers also complained about receiving unwanted advertising messages, abnormal exhaustion of packages and long delays in repairing malfunctions. The different feelings expressed by consumers are in line with the studies on tariffs and quality of service (QoS) measures published by ARCEP. The survey, which was conducted among the general public, received more than 32,000 responses.
