Support to Compagnie Air Côte d'Ivoire for the acquisition of aircraft in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire;
Extension and modernization of the electronic communication network of Orange Mali SA in the Republic of Mali;
Extension of the Unified Video Protection (VPU) platform in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire;
Development and duplication of the Ouidah-Hillacondji road (58.5 km): Ouidah-Agonkanmey section (7 km), in the Republic of Benin;
Development and asphalt of the Odienné-Dioulatiédougou road in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire;
Construction and operation of a 372 MW combined cycle thermal power plant in Songon in Côte d'Ivoire by the company SONGON ENERGIES;
Partial financing of emergency expenditure in the energy sector in the Togolese Republic;
Exploitation of a uranium deposit in Moradi and establishment of a sulfuric acid production plant by the company COMIREX SA in Arlit, in the Republic of Niger;
Loan proposal for the partial financing of the takeover and extension of the project to build and operate butane gas filling centers in Abidjan and Yamoussoukro by the Société Internationale de Gaz (SIG SA) in Côte d'Ivoire;
Construction and operation of the ministerial city of Lomé by the Société de Construction de la Cité Ministériel (SOCOCIM) SAU in Togo; and
