From 3 to 4 April 2025, the Cotton and Cashew Council (CCA) concluded agreements with Coris Bank International and Bridge Bank Côte d'Ivoire and Bridge Bank Côte d'Ivoire in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

The agreement between CCA, Coris Bank International and Bridge Bank Côte d'Ivoire involves the establishment of a credit line worth a total of 30 billion CFA francs ($50 million), divided equally between the two financial institutions. This financial support will support operators, cooperative societies and approved buyers in the purchase of raw materials from producers, according to the director general of the CCA, Mamadou Berté.

Cashew and cotton represent respectively the 3rd and ^4th agricultural export products, ^behind cocoa and natural rubber, in Côte d'Ivoire.
