According to the Ivorian Minister of Finance and Budget and President of the Council of Ministers of UEMOA , Adama Coulibaly, this report is “a relevant framework” for the management of the Union's economic activities. According to him, this document “document [...] proposes a vision of financial inclusion within the Union. It identifies priority actions to be implemented over the next five years.” He also said that the same document “should make it possible to increase the use of appropriate and affordable financial products and services for all social strata, paying particular attention to vulnerable people, through the promotion of financial education, consumer protection and responsible innovation.”
