Basée sur le thème “ ""specificities of Sycebnl relating to development projects, opening financial statements and taxation of EBNL"”, this training aims to recall the actions to be taken with regard to validation of the transfers and the financial statements that must be well developed in the standards of the Accounting System for Non-Profit Entities (Sycebnl). According to the second vice-president of the OECCI, Dominique Agbalessi Coffi, this training “is part of the mandatory training that a chartered accountant must follow in order to be kept in good order. We are required to attend 40 hours of training per year. And it allows us to share our experiences and to have solutions so that our missions are carried out in accordance with the accounting standards applicable to non-profit entities.”
For his part, a qualified chartered accountant, co-editor of the West African Accounting System (Syscohada) and Sycebnl, trainer Joël Mabudu, gave the difference between the two systems. According to him, “Syscohada is about for-profit companies that earn money and share it. But, Sycebnl concerns non-profit entities. That is to say associations, NGOs, other professionals, religious organizations, religious organizations, sports clubs with association statutes, development projects, all these entities have in common a single element, the Sycebnl
”.
