Le deuxième Salon de The Abidjan Automobile is scheduled from 11 to 14 June 2025 at the Abidjan Exhibition Center from 11 to 14 June 2025. The announcement was made on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the Palais Wia, in Cocody, during a press conference. The organizers of this event want to make Côte d'Ivoire a sub-regional hub for cars

.

Planned under the theme: “the automotive industry, a driver of inclusive growth in the service of sustainable development in Côte d'Ivoire”, the Abidjan Motor Show is positioned as a strong economic and diplomatic lever. It aims to attract major international manufacturers, investors and distributors, while creating a space for dialogue between manufacturers, institutions, startups and consumers. According to the information, new vehicle sales have increased sharply since 2018. From 11,400 units in 2017, they grew to more than 28,500 in 2023, with the aim of making Côte d'Ivoire the leading new construction market in French-speaking West Africa. This sector represents a turnover of 420 billion CFA francs, generates 185 billion in taxes, and employs 4,000 people. In reality, through this event, the government wants to realize its vision of a reference automotive hub in Côte d'Ivoire, in line with the ambitions of the 2021-2025 national strategy for road safety and the modernization of transport

.

The target market extends beyond Ivorian borders, including all of ECOWAS and UEMOA, i.e. more than 300 million potential consumers.
