Last Monday, the Nouakchott Regional Council held its second ordinary session for the year 2025, under the chairmanship of Ms. Fatimetou Mint Abdelmaleck, President of the Council, on Monday, in the presence of the Deputy Wali of Nouakchott-Ouest, Mr. Khiarhoum Ould El Moustapha.

Several items are on the agenda. These include the deliberations relating to the adoption of the administrative account and the management account 2024, the draft supplementary budget 2025, the partnership agreement between the Nouakchott region and the international center for studies for local development. There is also the report of the commission responsible for determining the mechanisms for the sale of consumables removed from the heritage of the Nouakchott region and the report of the commission responsible for the revision of the rules of procedure of the regional council
