The President of Benin, Patrice Talon has appointed executives to sit on this body whose mission is to define the strategy of the Beninese Electric Energy Company (SBEE).

The new composition of the SBEE Board of Directors is known. The Beninese president was chosen on five (5) people from different public service administrations. They are Moïse Achille Houssou, representative of the Ministry of Energy, Water and Mines; Hugues Lokossou, representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Alastaire Séna Alinsato, representative of the Ministry of Development and the Coordination of Government Action; Elie Santos, representative of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; and Jeanne Adanbiokou, representative of the Ministry of Development and Coordination of Government Action; Elie Santos, representative of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; and Jeanne Adanbiokou Akakpo, representative of the Ministry of Living Environment and Transport, in charge of sustainable development

The term of office of members of the Board of Directors is three (03) years renewable, and starts from the date of their installation.

SBEE is the electrical energy distribution company in Benin currently managed by André-Marie Kaczmarek.
