During a workshop devoted to the results of a satisfaction survey carried out among users of insurance services, Amadou Diagne indicated that “the Senegalese insurance market has continued the momentum of growth in its turnover, which is From 249 billion CFA francs in 2022 to 274 billion in 2023, then to 290 billion in 2024, an average increase of 10.13% in three years”. However, it notes a “low insurance penetration rate of 1.45% in 2022 to 1.46% in 2023”.
