The CRRH-UEMOA held its Ordinary General Assembly on 15 May 2025. The annual accounts for the financial year ended on 31 December 2024 were approved on occasion.

For the financial year 2024, 55 billion FCFA was granted to 13 banks in 6 countries, representing 2,500 homes financed, for the benefit of more than 10,000 people. During the period under review, CRRH-UEMOA successfully launched the Housing Loan Guarantee (GPL) in partnership with the African Solidarity Fund (FSA). 10 billion FCFA in guarantees were authorized covering a loan portfolio of 20 billion FCFA

Net Banking Income (GNP) increased by 38%, and the 2024 net income reached 2,035 million FCFA, up 58% compared to 2023, illustrating the improvement in profitability thanks to the increase in refinancing volumes.

Also the operating coefficient improved to 51.5%, reflecting better load control and increased operational efficiency.

The equity of CRRH-UEMOA increased by 37% between 2022 and 2024, reaching 25,973 million CFA francs, thanks to capital increases in favor of BOAD, IFC, 13 shareholder banks, as well as to the allocation of net results.

As of December 31, 2024, the balance sheet total of CRRH-UEMOA stood at 287,804 million CFA francs, marking a slight contraction of 4%.
