The signing of the agreement took place during the working and friendship meeting between the Prime Ministers, as part of the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. According to the Head of the Burkinabe Executive, Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouedraogo, “this working session is a declaration of the common will of the highest authorities of our two countries to make this historic cooperation a reality, because we are convinced that the salvation of our two countries can only come from our unity and our fraternity.” For the latter, it is a question of creating a new dynamic to give a boost to the implementation of a certain number of agreements, but also to those in the process of being finalized, by consolidating the bonds of solidarity for a secure future
