The company Assurances générales du Cameroun (AGC) has sent a notice of meeting to shareholders, to announce its intention to increase its share capital to 5 billion FCFA ($ 78 million) against 3 billion FCFA ($ 47 million) currently.
AGC, a company that intervenes in the branches of activity of the IARD (Fire, Accidents, Miscellaneous Risks) envisages a 60% increase in its share capital at the mixed general meetings scheduled for May 25 in Douala. This provision is in line with the requirements of the Inter-African Conference on Insurance Markets (CIMA).
