The Shareholders of the Company TotalEnergies Marketing Côte d'Ivoire will meet with the following agenda the presentation and approval of the management report of the Board of Directors for the year ended December 31, 2021; the presentation of the reports of the Statutory Auditors on the annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021the presentation of the Statutory Auditors' reports on the annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021, prepared in accordance with SyscoHADA and IFRS standards, as well as the special report on the agreements referred to in Articles 438 to 448 of the 448 of the OHADA Uniform Act relating to Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups (EIG); the approval of the accounts and regulated agreements; the discharge of the Directors and the Auditors; the allocation of the net result of the financial year 2021; the renewal of the mandate of four (04) Directors; to mention only those.
