Starting in 2023, with the decision of the board of directors, it was necessary to implement the resources of the General Assembly of Banque Atlantique Cameroon (BACM) on the process of increasing its share capital. On the basis of the measures taken, the social bodies have approved an increase of 10 billion CFA francs (46 million dollars). Thus, the the bank's share capital increases from 13 billion to 23.8 billion FCFA.
