As part of its partnership with the World Bank, Côte d'Ivoire has developed a new strategy for economic and social transformation in order to become an upper middle-income country by 2030. Entitled Country Partnership Framework (CPP), this program is supported by several technical and financial partners.

The new program called the Country Partnership Framework (CPP) is supported by Côte d'Ivoire and the World Bank. It is an economic support program covering the period 2023-2027 according to the Bank's publication on Thursday, February 2, 2023. The CCP aims to “support the economic and social transformation of Côte d'Ivoire.” During these years, the program will be used to support government reforms and programs to reduce the human capital deficit. It will also strengthen the management of natural resources and the country's capacity to deal with the effects of climate change.

La note d' information publiée par la banque notifie qu'” avec le nouveau CPP, le soutien de la World Bank aims to help the government provide access to electricity to 80% of households by 2026. It also aims to increase tenfold the number of people with secure land titles or property rights. Support from the World Bank in the field of basic education aims to increase the proportion of third-graders who pass the reading proficiency test from 18.9% in 2020 to 43% in 2025.”
