On Friday 27 January 2023, the Tourists by Millions Consortium (Ctm) signed a memorandum of agreement to sponsor three companies that are members of the consortium at Benin Royal Hotel. These companies presented innovative projects that attracted the Tourists by Millions Consortium (Ctm).

The 5th edition of the AviaTour Conference, which will be organized in Benin by the companies Gh-Aviation and Toura (Le Tourisme Autrement), is among the three projects that drew the attention of the CTM. The launch of this project is scheduled for March 15 at Cotonou. The conference itself will take place from 16 to 18 October 2023 under the high sponsorship of the Ctm.

According to the CEO of Toura, Cleopatra Kougniazondé and Elizabeth Sasu, Promoter of the AviaTour Conference, air transport serves as a catalyst for socio-economic growth and connects people, countries and cultures, providing access to global markets while promoting trade and tourism. For her, this conference will revolve around the theme: “Aviation and Tourism: An Engine for Economic Development”. The objective is to highlight the activities of the two sectors considered critical to the national economy and in the broader interest of a country's development.
