The UCITS management company, Atlantic Asset Management (AAM), a subsidiary of the Banque Centrale Populaire du Maroc (BCP) Group, and the Mutuelle Sociale de la Poste de Côte d'Ivoire (MSPCI), announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a Corporate Mutual Fund, called FCPE POSTE CI, dedicated exclusively to agents of the Post Office of Côte d'Ivoire.

The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Mutual, on Thursday, October 8, 2020, between Mr. BARRO Bafétégué, Mr. Isaac GNAMBA-YAO and Mr. YAO Adjoumani, respectively Director General of AAM, Director General of the Post Office of Côte d'Ivoire and President of the Board of Directors of the MSPCI.

Through the structuring of this FCPE, Atlantic Asset Management brings its expertise as a reference player in asset management, enhancing the social policy of the Swiss Post mutual whose goal is to offer members a safe and profitable investment.

Through this agreement, the parties agree on the terms and conditions of promotion of the FCPE POSTE CI. "This agreement marks a decisive turning point in the life of the workers of the Post Office of Côte d'Ivoire. It will allow all postal workers to benefit from additional income as soon as they leave the company and this is an excellent thing. That is why I thank Atlantic Asset Management for this action, which will help us a lot. I invite them to continue to help us on other sites," said Mr. Isaac GNAMBA-YAO, CEO of CI Post.

"I thank Swiss Post for the trust placed in our institution through this important project. Atlantic Asset Management is committed to developing all its expertise in the management of Corporate Mutual Funds in the same way as is already done for the 7 funds representing more than 52 billion FCFA that we have in our portfolio. I reiterate my congratulations to the CEO of CI Post and to the PCA of the Mutual for this happy initiative to offer agents a very good and fruitful supplementary retirement in the form of innovative financial savings", said Mr. Barro Bafétégué, CEO of AAM.
