Ranked, in 2019, 1st private university in Côte d'Ivoire by the news magazine Jeune Afrique, HEC Abidjan has more and more listeners on the continent and in the rest of the world, namely in India and the United States.

This Friday, September 18, 7 executives and managers of companies from Cameroon, Congo, DRC and Djibouti made the trip to the Ivorian capital to validate their professional bachelor's and master's thesis and Master in Business Administration.  

"We received quality training of an acceptable level. This encourages us to go beyond the master's degree," says Tsaty Ferry, Risk Director at banque Congolaise de l'Habitât. This financial professional successfully presented (mention) a thesis on "The Management and analysis of financial risks of banks: case of the BCH". 

The international deployment of HEC Abidjan was made possible through a presence in Côte d'Ivoire, notably in Abidjan and San-Pedro and in Brazzaville. Its strategic position, on the banks of the Congo River, also allows it to meet the needs of listeners in the DRC and other Central African countries. 

To facilitate continuing education, it has, in recent years, launched an E-learning department. Thanks to  its educational platform, a technological innovation in the world of education, this Ivorian university can provide interactive courses online, with professors, in real time. 

"It is a great tool proposed by a qualified, experienced and available administration and staff," says Poaty Annaize Léance, impétrante of the Congolese Company of Liquefied Petroleum Gases.  She now holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Leadership after defending a thesis on "Social audit at the service of human resources performance: cases of GPL S.A". 

"In our concern to train a quality elite for competitive companies, we have sent an academic director on site to Brazzaville to supervise the applicants and help them to have a coherent work, ready to be defended before a jury", says Worokya Traoré, Director of HEC Abidjan in Congo. 

"These defenses focus on societal issues transformed into research topics to be able to propose solutions to society. The results presented to us are satisfactory from both an academic and professional point of view," says Professor Goné Droh, Academic Director of HEC Abidjan and President of the Defense Jury. 

In its march towards the conquest of Africa and the world, HEC intends to strengthen the system already in place and settle in addition to Côte d'Ivoire and Congo, in other countries, particularly in the sub-region.
