The Court for the Repression of Economic and Financial Crimes (CRIEF) has issued an arrest warrant against Zenab Camara, a former deputy in the last legislature under Alpha Condé. This new case comes just after Zenab Nabaya, former Minister of Technical Education since November 2022.

Zenab Camara is being prosecuted for acts of “embezzlement of public funds, corruption, illicit enrichment, money laundering involving the sum of 15 billion GNF”. According to the special prosecutor of La Crief, Aly Touré, the arrest warrant is the result of the respondent's refusal to respond to several summons sent to her. The same file includes the former President of the National Assembly, Amadou Damaro Camara, the former deputies, Michel Kamano and Abdoulaye Bernard Kéita.
