The fight against money laundering activities spans several sectors. After banks, insurance companies and notaries, comes the turn of the real estate sector. They reinforce control and vigilance measures through the mobilization of real estate agents.

L The order of the Minister of National Spatial Planning, Urban Development, Housing and Urban Policy No. 133.23 concerning vigilance and internal control obligations imposes & The activity of real estate agents has come into force in order to combat money laundering activities. This order will make it possible to define the rules applicable to the activities of real estate agents related to the purchase or sale of real estate or to participation in it for the benefit of a client, as well as for the application of automatic, continuous vigilance and suspicion reporting procedures, in addition to the implementation of directives Internal control areas related to these activities.
