On Thursday, January 26, 2023, Commissioner Jonas GBIAN and the President of Joseph KI ZERBO University in Ouagadougou discussed the implementation of the CEH—UEMOA, a sustainable instrument for research and skills development, capable of providing a quality support in the housing sector within the Union.

The strengthening of collaboration between the various stakeholders, such as; the UEMOA Commission, the World Bank, academic institutions, financial institutions and member states, in the field of access to affordable housing has been strengthened eacute; mentioned during the discussion between the Commissioner in charge of the Department of Community Spatial Planning and Transport and Professor Jean François Silas KOBIANE. The discussions focus on the implementation of the CEH—UEMOA.

GBIAN congratulated the President of Joseph Ki-zerbo University for his involvement in the implementation of the CEH-UEMOA. In turn, the President thanked the UEMOA Commission for its initiative to synergize actions to facilitate access to affordable housing in the community.
