Depuis lundi 6 novembre 2023 a démarré la deuxième mission d' appui conjointe gouvernement du Burkina Faso-Banque mondiale pour la mise en œuvre du Programme de résilience du système alimentaire en Afrique de l' West (PRSA-BF). This mission will end on November 10.

La second mission in 2023 will allow actors implementing the PRSA-BF program to assess the progress of the program begun in 2022. It will also be responsible for helping to identify difficulties in order to formulate recommendations and guidelines for improving the performance of activities, which are significantly behind schedule. In fact, the PRSA-BF, financed by the World Bank, is an initiative led by regional organizations such as ECOWAS, CILSS and CORAF, and implemented in Togo, Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso, in order to combat low productivity. It aims to increase preparedness against food insecurity and improve the resilience of food systems.
