The general secretariat of the National Syndicate of Mobile Money Point Of Sale Owners Of Ivory Coast (Synam-CI) through its Deputy Secretary General Coulibaly Félix has reviewed the activities in 2022. It heralds prospects for the future.

Le National Syndicate of Mobile Money Point of Sale Owners of Ivory Coast (Synam-CI) ) was implemented after February 10, 2022. During the year, a series of awareness-raising activities and reconciliation actions were organized between POS owners, between administrative structures, electronic money issuers and other actors in the distribution chain, followed by defense actions and a decision to preserve the general interest.

In 2023, according to the Deputy Secretary General of Synam-CI, awareness-raising activities will be pursued with greater determination to combat the indiscipline created by some in their ranks and the injustice suffered by their co-contractors. Therefore, according to Félix, they will continue to work with the competent authorities as well as the senior managers of electronic money issuing operators in order to restore stability within distribution activities and create better living and working conditions, within a framework of permanent exchange based on dialogue and frank collaboration.
