Oragroup, Holding of the Orabank Group, and Orabank Côte d'Ivoire have mobilized a medium-term syndicated loan of twenty billion CFA francs from a UEMOA banking pool in favor of the Société de Cement de Côte d'Ivoire (SCCI), a leader in cement production in Côte d'Ivoire (SCCI), leader in cement production in Côte d'Ivoire rsquo; Ivoire is a subsidiary of the CFI Financial holding controlled by KONE DOSSONGUI.

In a context of rising interest rates on international markets, the financing of twenty billion CFA francs is intended to refinance SCCI's foreign currency debt. This is an operation that will allow SCCI to improve its competitiveness and strengthen its capacities to support the development of infrastructure and the real estate sector in Côte d'Ivoire.

Through this support, the Orabank Group has thus reaffirmed its support for a leading local player in Ivorian industry to contribute to financing economies in its countries of presence, to strengthening productivity and to supporting entrepreneurial dynamism. Through its Structured Finance team, Oragroup acted in this transaction as Mandated Lead Arranger and Credit Agent and Orabank Côte d'Ivoire as Co-Leader, as Security Agent.
