Officials and agents of the State of Côte d'Ivoire are the beneficiaries who have been cashing out since December 03, 2023. A note signed by the Ivorian Minister of Economy and Finance confirmed this. According to this note, “the Minister of Economy and Finance, Adama Coulibaly announced the effective payment of the exceptional end-of-year bonus granted by the President of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, Alassane Ouattara to State officials and agents, since Tuesday, January 03, 2023.”

This bonus “is part of the dynamic of improving the living conditions of state officials and agents”. According to the note from the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, in respect of payments made to civil servants, a total amount of more than 23 billion CFA francs was transferred to banks. While under regulations for the benefit of the military, more than 2 billion CFA francs were also transferred.
