A travers un atelier ouvert à Kara le mercredi 21 décembre 2022, la presentation and launch of the Industrial Transparency Initiative's Anti-Corruption Project extractive (ITIE-Togo) brought together several actors (public companies, civil societies and ITIE-Togo) in the city of Kara.

The EITI has set up a project to fight corruption. It is a tool for preventing the fight and preventing corruption throughout the value chain in order to strengthen its requirements. Over two days, the actors discussed the themes will focus on NRGI's corruption diagnostic tool and the use of the NRGI diagnostic tool within the framework of the project.

The workshop also addressed the impacts of the implementation of the EITI on the prevention and fight against corruption in Togo, the work of HAPLUCIA on preventing and combating corruption in the Togolese extractive sector, the work of CENTIF Togo on preventing and combating corruption in the sector Togolese extractive, on the work of the Court of Audit relating to the prevention and fight against corruption in the Togolese extractive sector, the work of the Trade and Real Estate Register (RCCM) on aspects related to the prevention and fight against corruption in the Togolese extractive sector.
